Data Deletion
Use this page for Meta App Review and customer requests about removing Quotsta account, workspace, Instagram, and campaign data.
Disconnect Instagram
Sign in, open Settings, and select Disconnect. This immediately and permanently deletes the stored Instagram connection token, all campaigns for that workspace, comment/DM webhook payloads, and DM Log entries (commenter usernames, comment text, campaign, account, status, and time) from our database. This is a synchronous deletion — it is not queued or delayed. Campaigns stop sending private replies the moment you disconnect.
Delete Account And Workspace Data
To delete your account along with remaining workspace, billing reference, and operational diagnostic data, email [email protected] from the address used to sign in. Include your workspace name and the Instagram username that was connected to it.
Verification
We may ask you to verify control of the email address or connected business account before deleting data. Deletion requests are processed as quickly as practical unless retention is required for legal, billing, fraud prevention, or security reasons.
